By accessing the LuminaNest Interiors website or booking our affordable interior design consultations, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any of these parts, you unfortunately can't use our services. Simple as that. We've operated in New York for years and pride ourselves on clear communication.
2. Payment & Soft Consultations
How do our design packages work? All budget-friendly decor sourcing and consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your spot in our calendar. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

Please note that paint color consultations and lighting design plans are non-refundable once the initial research phase has begun. We put a lot of heart into these!
3. DIY Guides Disclaimer
Our DIY design guides are helpful, but are you ready for the heavy lifting? These digital resources are provided for educational inspiration only. LuminaNest Interiors isn't liable for any mishaps during your home improvement projects. We strongly recommend hiring licensed contractors for electrical or structural changes. Safe designs are happy designs.
4. Intellectual Property
All mood boards, floor plans, and sourcing lists created by LuminaNest Interiors remain our intellectual property until full project completion. You'll get a personal license to use them for your specific home, but please don't resell our hard work. We love sharing, but business is business.
